UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATION
Automatic Turnery Gabrieli Srl has achieved the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification in the year 2015.
The company has introduced a production management system in order to regulate the work processes and to underline the quality dedicated in each process phase.
Although Mega Snc is not officially certified, the same procedures and standards are adopted in both companies of the Group ensuring high standards for both turning operations and mechanical machining on CNC work centers and transfer machines.
Our inhouse metrology lab, created by the leader of the sector Mitec,
meets the ISO-14644-1 Classification of Air Cleanliness requirements and confirms the quality focus of the Gabrieli Group. It allows more accurate checks even on particularly complex pieces.
The metrology room is a controlled environment with respect to temperature, humidity and dust. It is equipped with microscopes, optical measuring machines, 3D measuring machines, and roughness gauges for contact measurement, necessary for the verification of production batches to ensure compliance with the required tolerances.
The metrology room is also equipped with an ISO 8 clean room with a precision air conditioning system capable of maintaining the air temperature at settings with a tolerance of +/- 1 ° C.
The quality dedicated by the Gabrieli Group in each process begins even prior to production.
Already in the design phase, in fact, the use of 3D scanners and the technical skills of the technical staff allow Gabrieli Group to create accurate drawings that highlight each dimension and tolerance.
The detailed drawings contribute to speeding up the production processes and help reducing the error rate during production.
In order to achieve its quality and efficiency objectives, the Gabrieli Group has adopted the principles of Industry 4.0 and has thoroughly invested in latest generation machinery, including an automatic loader, an ecological washing system, transfer machines, numerically controlled cnc and an innovative metrology room for the quality controls.
Moreover, each process is tracked in order to easily trace each production batch, optimize times and costs, monitor the working flow and constantly improve the results obtained.

All the turning and machining operations performed by the Gabrieli Group are carried at the headquarters in Vestone, Brescia.
For this reason they are in all respects Made in Italy.
Also the raw materials used during the realization of the mechanical components upon client’s drawing come from certified Italian or European suppliers, to ensure the use of quality metals for each customer.
We manufacture and process drawing parts according to customer specifications. The following examples are just a small extract from our production capabilities: Hydraulic and pneumatic fittings, door handles, rosettes, nuts, hose nozzles, brackets, rings and finials for curtain rods, flanges, etc.
Brass fittings for water faucets, couplings for gas taps, door handles, nuts, T-pieces, valves, reduction nipples, curtain rings.
TRACEABILITY OF COMPONENTS
The Gabrieli Group controls every phase of the production process and ensures the traceability of each production batch, thanks to its quality management system.
This allows to guarantee an accurate after-sales service to each customer, but above all it offers the possibility to monitor the results achieved and optimize the processes, to speed up times and to constantly improve the working process standards.
