TURNING AND MACHINING SERVICES
Turning and mechanical machining With over 50 years of experience, the Gabrieli Group performs high-quality turning and mechanical machining operations according to the principles of Industry 4.0.
At its headquarters in Vestone, Gabrieli Group has an internal design studio, advanced machinery, a highly specialized team and a latest generation metrology room, providing maximum precision, expertise and traceability during each phase of the production process.
Production of brass fittings and nuts according to customer specs.
STUDY, DRAWINGS AND SPECIAL TOOLS
Before starting production, the Gabrieli Group is able to assist the customer in choosing the best solution in terms of time and cost optimization.
In the absence of drawings, the technical studio reconstructs the technical data sheets of each single item by means of a 3D scanner.
On the other hand, when the drawings are provided by the customer, Renato Gabrieli, one of the company owners, carries out a detailed revision of the dimensions and tolerances.
This technical support speeds up the series production and ensures the quality of the final product.
Moreover, within the design studio, Renato designs specific tools, such as clamps and shaped tips, that further speed up development and production times, minimize the error rate and automate the processes.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Thanks to the constant investment in machinery and training, the Gabrieli Group is able to manufacture turned components and carry out serial machining operations.
The adoption of the principles of Industry 4.0 has allowed Automatic Turnery Gabrieli Srl and Mega Snc to introduce the following solutions in the production departments:
- An automatic loader,
- An ecological vacuum and ultrasonic washing machine, that reduces energy consumption and uses eco-friendly degreasing products,
- CNC machines,
- Automatic lathes with fixed headstock up to 11 spindles
- Automatic lathes with sliding headstock up to 10 spindles and a 36 mm bar passage
- Transfer T ISO 40 with up to 19 heads
- Vertical transfer
- A metrology room equipped with optical scanning microscopes and a 3D machine for contact measurement
A latest generation machine park, combined with a focus on quality, attention to customer’s needs and highly qualified personnel, permit the Gabrieli Group to create components in brass, stainless steel, aluminum or other metal alloys for a wide spectrum of business sectors: from automotive to HCAV, from interior decoration to hydraulics, from the traditional door hardware sector to renewable energy.
We manufacture and process drawing parts according to customer requirements. The following examples are just a small excerpt from our production possibilities: brass fittings, door handle rosettes, door handles, nuts, couplings, brackets, rings and end pieces for curtain rods, flanges, etc.

Brass nuts, hydraulic connectors, door handles, hose nozzles, nipples, pneumatic connectors, elbows and brass fittings.
HOT FORGED PARTS
THANKS TO LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS WITH RELIABLE LOCAL COMPANIES, WE ARE ABLE TO DEVELOP HOT FORGED BRASS PARTS. DEPENDING ON CLIENT’S NEED, THE PRESSING PROCESS IS CARRIED OUT ON HORIZONTAL HATEBUR PRESSES OR ON TRADITIONAL VERTICAL PRESSES. THE POST-PROCESSING OF THE HOT FORGED BLANKS IS COMPLETELY CARRIED OUT BY GABRIELI ON STATE-OF-THE-ART TRANSFER MACHINES AND CNC MACHINING CENTRES.
SOME PRODUCT EXAMPLES: UNION NUTS, VALVE BODIES, NIPPLE FITTINGS, ELBOWS, T-PIECES, PLUGS, ROSETTES ETC.
DESIGN
Within the design studio, Renato Gabrieli, owner of the group, personally takes care of a detailed revision of the dimensions and tolerances necessary for each single component in order to fully meet the successive application requirements.
SERIAL PRODUCTION
Thanks to state-of-the-art machinery, highly qualified personnel and the principles of industry 4.0, the Gabrieli Group is able to carry out small and medium sized production batches and ensuring precision, accuracy and traceability in each production phase.
QUALITY CONTROLS
In the latest generation metrology room, all products are quality checked to guarantee compliance with the customer’s requirements.
The dispatch personnel carefully packs each item to avoid accidental damage during transport.
THE MATERIALS
The attention that the Gabrieli Group pays to quality is also reflected by the careful selection of the raw materials.
Both Gabrieli srl and Mega snc purchase brass, copper, bronze, but also special steels, stainless steels and aluminium alloys, from recognized and certified Italian and European suppliers.
This further confirms the Group’s focus on quality and the attention paid to the mechanical properties of the products manufactured at headquarters in Vestone, Brescia.
FINISHES
Thanks to collaborations with companies specialized in surface treatments, the Gabrieli Group is able to supply turned and machined components complete with chromium-plated or nickel-plated finishes.
Gabrieli Group carefully selects external surface treatments providers who share the same vision with respect to quality and result orientation
in full respect of agreed deadlines and terms.
