The Gabrieli Group was born out of the union of Automatic Turnery Gabrieli Srl and Mega Snc.
The first specialized in automatic turning in small to medium batches the second active in the field of subcontract precision machining.
Both companies have the common goal of realizing high-quality components upon customer’s design.
For this reason each project is meticulously followed throughout the whole production process, from the creation of the technical drawings, to the quality controls carried out in the latest-generation metrology room.
As confirmation of the high quality standards achieved by the Group, Automatic Turnery Gabrieli Srl has obtained in the year 2015 the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, ensuring compliance with European standards for the sector of mechanical machining on automatic lathes.
Gabrieli Group offers high-level machining services to its clients who are mainly active in the automotive, hydraulic, fitting, door hardware and renewable energy sector.
Furthermore, although no official certification has been applied for, Mega Snc follows the same procedures and the same philosophy of industry 4.0 adopted by Tornierie Gabrieli Srl, in order to guarantee a high quality and service level for its machining operations.

from the feasibility study and the creation of technical drawings prior to starting the series production, to the choice of the raw material;

to the quality controls carried out in the new metrology room equipped with high precision measuring instruments.
PRODUCTION
All the turning and machining services provided by the Gabrieli Group are carried out at the headquarters in Vestone in the province of Brescia. Here Renato Gabrieli personally takes care of the revision of the technical drawings, so that each dimension and tolerance is verified before starting production. A team of highly skilled production staff operates strictly in compliance with the certified procedures according to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. Quality controls are performed in a last-gen metrology room. On request each single part can be individually packed to prevent damage during transport.
CUSTOMER CARE
Commitment to customer satisfaction is also reflected in the availability of the staff and their willingness to listen to individual requests. Renato and Mario, owners of the Group, are always available to find the best solution for the optimization of production times and costs.
Moreover both Automatic Turnery Gabrieli Srl and Mega Snc have adopted a traceability system which allows to quickly and easily identify all information related to a single item, ensuring a timely after-sales service for each order.

BESPOKE TURNING SERVICES: AUTOMATIC TURNERY GABRIELI SRL
Automatic turnery Gabrieli Srl was the first company of Gabrieli Group.
It was founded in 1962 at the behest of Gianpietro Gabrieli and in the 90s it was taken over by his sons, Renato and Mario, who are still in charge of the business.
Still in the 90s, the historic headquarters of Automatic Turnery Gabrieli Srl was destroyed by a fire, but the Gabrieli brothers did not lose heart.
Strengthened by the experience gained in the field of turning and their distinctive character in terms of quality, they moved to the current location in via Fiamme Verdi in Vestone, in the province of Brescia. They rebuilt the company and positioned themselves on the European market, by constantly investing in both machinery and human capital and by adopting the principles of industry 4.0.
MECHANICAL MACHINING: MEGA SNC
Mega Snc is specialized in subcontract precision machining from bar or from semi-finished hot moulded parts.
In some respects complementary to the turning activities, Mega Snc was created with the aim of expanding the service range offered by the Gabrieli Group, without renouncing the quality and attention to the customer, that have always been the distinguishing factors of the automatic turnery Gabrieli Srl. In addition to the corporate values, Mega Snc and Automatic Turnery Gabrieli Srl also share the same headquarters in Vestone, near Brescia, allowing their customers to have one point of contact for both turning and mechanical machining services.
